Description:
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of developers, including conducting performance evaluations
- Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers to manage developer recruitment efforts.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure accurate work estimation and adherence to delivery commitments.
- Supervise code reviews, testing procedures, and Agile development workflows.
- Act as the primary escalation point for resolving team challenges and obstacles.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and implement Agile best practices.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the role.
Education:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong technical background in Software Development
- Proven experience managing technical teams in software development
