A global leader in security solutions is currently seeking a Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, while delivering strategic financial insights to drive decision-making and support business growth.Duties:
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency. Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth. Oversee taxation, audit processes, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
A CA(SA) qualification is a must. A minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or FMCG industry.
