Our client is growing their sectional title team to add an additional assistant for their customers based in the City Bowl and Atlantic Seaboard.If you have excellent team & customer interaction skills with sectional title property administration experience, this position can develop into a growth opportunity – we require your eagerness to learn more and grow your skills!Highly advantageous if you have experience working on the software - Weconnectu Requirements:- Minimum five years’ experience incorporating Sectional Title Property administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a detailed and deadline orientated business
- Experience with managing records, correspondence, repairs, levy collections and meeting minutes
- A self-starter who wants to grow current skills and learn more
- Able to work one step ahead of the Manager ensuring all admin duties are completed timeously
- Highly advantageous if you have experience working on the software - Weconnectu
- Must have own vehicle and can work in Cape Town CBD area
Duties:
- Managing administration duties for various portfolios for sectional title buildings
- Dealing with correspondence and liaising with team and customers
- Preparing minutes of meetings
- Compiling AGM packs for the relevant meetings scheduled
- Scheduling of meetings for the team members
- Distributing of notices, correspondence and meeting minutes
- Assisting with levy collection, issuing of statement and managing arrears
- Maintain all records of documentation for owners and scheme activities
- Providing general administrative support for the Manager
- Oversee maintenance and repairs and the management of contracts
- Ensuring compliance with the Sectional Titles Act and scheme rules
Salary: R18000 to R20 000 per month with the opportunity to work towards a more senior position.
