Key Qualifications & Experience
Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or a related field). Industry Experience: 3 – 5 years in the Mining and Power, Oil & Gas industry, with proven experience in selling, negotiating, and closing commercial service agreements/contracts. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market drivers, competitor activities, SWOT analysis, and excellent sales & negotiation skills. Technical Insight: Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and drivelines (motors, couplings, gearboxes), complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office.
