Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to make a high volume of calls, cross-sell to existing clients, and identify new business opportunities across various sectors. This is a results-driven role with a strong focus on achieving KPIs and generating qualified sales leads. Key Responsibilities:- Call all existing clients to cross-sell and build long-term relationships.
- Generate new business across various sectors by making outbound calls.
- Work with provided databases to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Make between 80-100 qualified calls daily.
- Record all data and call activities in the cloud CRM platform.
- Generate sales leads that result in successful sales and earn commission on these leads.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency in cold calling and lead generation efforts.
- Ensure clear and effective communication, both verbally and via email.
- Meet set KPIs and targets consistently.
- 3-4 years’ experience in lead generation, specifically in OA, ICT, and VOICE sectors.
- Strong cold calling skills and a proven track record of generating leads.
- Clear and concise command of the English language (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in email communication, internet research, Google tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to effectively capture and organize data in CRM platforms.
- A car is beneficial but not required.
- A passion for lead generation with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- A disciplined, results-driven approach to work with the ability to meet KPIs and targets.
