Description:
Join a manufacturing team as a Lab Chemist in the Western Cape!
Your main duties will involve offering technical assistance to different teams, enhancing existing products and creating new ones, and assessing raw materials. You’ll be responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness at the workplace, assisting customers over the phone, addressing product complaints, and preparing technical documents and lab reports. Additionally, you’ll oversee the production of new products and track market availability and product shelf life.
Requirements:
To success in this position, you’ll need a BSc in Chemistry or similar qualification and 3 – 5 years’ experience in a laboratory/production environment.
