  • Collecting invoices and financial documents
  • Managing schedules
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Booking & arranging events/conferences
  • Conducting administrative duties, including spreadsheet updates, email correspondence, and occasional phone support
  • Assisting in online marketing tasks by conducting research
  • Providing support in managing social media platforms
  • Uploading content to websites using platforms like WordPress

    • Familiarity with social media platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
