Handle member's queries.
Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation.
Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly.
Making use of Oculus programme to verify information.
Assisting members in completing documentation.
Scanning and verifying documents.
Liaising with claims clerks responsible.
Recording all members attended to on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:Grade 12
Excellent attendance record and reliable
Basic Work Experience Required:
1- 2 years customer service experience would be an added advantage.
