A skilled and experienced Qualified Automotive Mechanic is needed to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of motor vehicle brands. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in using diagnostic tools, is essential. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience & Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Qualified Automotive Mechanic.
- Valid Code EB driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a lead mechanic in a repair and maintenance workshop is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at different heights.
- Familiarity with a wide range of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the automotive industry.
- Matric (or NQF3 equivalent).
- Trade-tested Diesel and/or Petrol Mechanic (MERSETA Accredited).
- Multi-lingual abilities are beneficial.
