Hire Resolve’s client in the IT industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Service Delivery Administrator in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate positive customer interactions to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Optimize the delivery network to ensure timely and dependable service provision.
- Supervise the end-to-end service activation process, from order receipt to internet connectivity, aiming for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate across internal teams to streamline service delivery operations.
- Direct the activities of external delivery partners, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Track and document operational procedures to guarantee compliance with service level targets and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks and clear communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a focus on quality and timely completion.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects while working with diverse teams.
- Proactive and capable of independent work within a collaborative setting.
- Prior experience in a related position is a significant advantage.
