Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue, customer engagement, and brand growth.
- Lead brand management and customer experience initiatives across all platforms and channels.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer insights.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital transformation within the telecom sector.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship for career growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles, with proven leadership experience in the telecommunications, tech, or digital sectors.
- Skills: Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Leadership: Experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on results.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the African telecom market, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
