What You’ll Be Doing
As a Paid Media Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of growing our clients’ businesses profitably through strategic advertising. You’ll be responsible for:
Campaign Management: Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
Performance Optimization: Continuously refining campaign performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and client profitability.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
Creative Strategy: Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating on creative briefs to drive engagement and conversions.
Client Insights & Strategy: Understanding clients’ profitability goals and proactively adjusting campaigns to achieve them.
Forecasting & Reporting: Providing clear, insightful reports and performance forecasts to support business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Supporting retention and reducing churn by building strong client relationships.
Growth & Innovation: Staying ahead of trends, exploring new paid media opportunities, and refining strategies for continuous growth.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking ForWe are searching for a driven and ambitious individual who wants to build a career in paid media and become a specialist in the field. The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
Experience with eCommerce advertising (not lead generation) across platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
A foundational understanding of Google Ads Performance Max (PMax) and Meta advertising.
Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
A keen interest in automation and smart bidding strategies in PPC and paid social.
Experience with the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
The ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of tasks.
A specialism or passion in copywriting, data analysis, or automation within paid media.
Bonus: Experience creating Unbounce landing pages.
