Decofurn is a furniture retailer with 12 stores nationwide. We have a highly efficient online store that can service clients in most parts of South Africa.
Our unique warehouse/factory shop concept has been developed with 32 years of experience in the furniture industry. Our Group is a leading importer, manufacturer, and retailer of furniture and related products.

As a Decofurn dispatch clerk, your primary responsibility is to oversee the accurate and efficient dispatch of purchased stock from our store to its given destination on a 6-day work week.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Accurate comparison of the invoice to the physical stock
• Ensure the correct orders are picked timeously
• Accurately and timeously updating of our inhouse systems with stock movements for dispatch
• Attend to telephone follow ups and queries when necessary
• Reporting of any damaged stock immediately
• Good customer service
• Quality control of stock handling
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1 + years Dispatch/Warehouse supervisory experience
• Sage Pastel experience – Advantageous
• Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google Sheets
• Attention to detail
• Clear and well-spoken communication skills
• Good at following instructions
