A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, costing, and stock holding, ensuring financial accuracy while supporting operational efficiency and growth.Duties:
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Manage costing functions, including the preparation of cost analysis and cost reports. Track and maintain accurate records of stock holding and inventory management. Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to senior management. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
A BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A minimum of 5 years accounting experience, with solid knowledge of costing and stock holding.
