Summary:
The Internal Sales Assistant will provide administrative and sales support within the organization. This role focuses on assisting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide administrative support, including preparing sales reports, updating customer records, and managing sales literature. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally. Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations. Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery. Accurately enter customer and sales data into the companys CRM system. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.Qualifications/Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Basic knowledge of the packaging industry is an advantage.Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in a similar role within the packaging industry. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Based in the Southern Suburbs
