What is required:
Providing efficient and proactive support of the operational and administrative needs of the complex, guests, or tenants. Ensuring that the expectations of the complex manager are attended to in a timely manner. Please note that you may be required operationally after regular working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and operations Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure productivity and efficiency Maintain and organize office records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Facilitate communication between departments and staff Handle residential inquiries and provide exceptional service Performing other duties as required.Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a building/ complex supervisor role Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Grade 12 or equivalent Valid First Aid certification advantageous Valid Fire Marshall and Evacuation certification advantageous Valid drivers licence
