Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, IT systems monitoring, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in customer support within a tech/IT environment.
- Background in Financial Services or Payments industry (understanding of reconciliation & settlement processes is beneficial).
Key Performance Areas:
- Support and stage monitoring of Biller integrations.
- Ad hoc SQL report generation.
- Transaction irregularity monitoring across the value chain.
- Technical client consultations and support post-integration.
- Troubleshooting, log investigations, and live environment testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
