REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently working towards qualification) Proven experience in an accounting or finance role (preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Ability to work both independently and within a team
DUTIES:
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and accounts. Maintain and update financial records. Support payroll preparation and expense management. Assist with tax filings and compliance procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to manage financial data. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes. Handle queries related to accounts and finance. HOURS:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 13:00 with potential work to take home
