Position: Learning and Development Practitioner
Grade: C4
Remuneration: R 591.408.00 pa Negotiable (basic salary excluding 13th cheque and employer’s contribution towards medical aid and provident fund)

Minimum Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience within an HR Generalist role, with the scope including Learning & Development duties.
· Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and administrative skills
· Critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate relevant information
· Identify and assess training providers to align with training requirements
· Implement the learning and development strategy
· Schedule and communicate training programs
· Maintain comprehensive training records
· Develop, revise, and update learning materials
Compile and submit regular reports
· Prepare and manage Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs)
· Liaise with SETAs to identify industry training programs and funding opportunities
· Perform additional ad hoc duties related to the role
