Position: Marketing Caller

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to a database of potential clients and prospects to generate interest in financial advisory services and schedule appointments.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly call volume and appointment-setting targets.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, appointment rates and pipeline development.
Requirements:
- Administration: 1 year or less
- Cold Calling: 1 year or less
Key Requirements:
• Target-Driven and Disciplined: A strong focus on achieving and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Ability to work independently and maintain discipline in meeting daily and weekly goals.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to engage prospects confidently and professionally, demonstrating clear communication.
• Experience: Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Financial Services industry and Tech-Savvy: Experience or interest in financial services is preferred but not required.
