• Plastics industry experience is a MUST – specifically in our type of plastics (hard plastics experience won’t be suitable).
• Sales & Key Account Management – take full responsibility for key accounts and drive business growth.
• Warehouse Management – oversee daily operations, including stock control, waybill confirmations, and loading list coordination.
• Fleet Coordination – manage 1-2 vehicles, including licensing, servicing, and paperwork.
• Team Leadership – supervise and coordinate the warehouse team (Driver, Picker, Packer).
• Budget Management – ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
