We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Randburg . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Previous experience within academic, education, training or similar
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
- Manage and coordinate marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute events, partnerships, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve key performance indicators.
