Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Private Chef to provide high-quality, customized meals for our household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shopping for, and preparing a variety of nutritious and delicious meals, catering to dietary preferences and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Meal Planning & Preparation
Develop weekly meal plans based on dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and household requests. Prepare fresh, high-quality meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required. Ensure meals are balanced, diverse, and cater to any allergies, intolerances, or special diets. Follow the Health Wealth Nutrition List , which will be provided as a guideline for meal preparation. Present dishes attractively and serve meals according to household preferences. Which will include Baking and desserts The candidate must be able flexible and adaptable to weather and circumstancesGrocery Shopping & Inventory Management
Source and purchase high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and seasonality. Manage pantry and kitchen inventory, keeping track of expiration dates and restocking essential items. Build relationships with local suppliers, farmers’ markets, and specialty stores for premium ingredients.Kitchen Management & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Oversee proper storage of ingredients to prevent spoilage and waste. Manage kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or replacement needs.Additional Responsibilities (as required)
Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or gatherings. Create homemade sauces, broths, and meal components for convenience. Occasionally provide meal prep for travel or extended stays outside the home. Work within a set budget for grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a private chef or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, and dietary restrictions. Excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of reliability. Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred). Flexibility to adjust menus based on seasonal ingredients and household schedules.Schedule & Compensation:
