We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, a passion for innovation, and experience in developing new technologies. You will be responsible for designing and prototyping electronic systems, testing new concepts, and contributing to the development of next-generation products. As part of our R&D team, you will work on a variety of projects, from early-stage concepts to finished products ready for production.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and prototype electronic systems and components for new products and technologies.
- Conduct detailed testing and analysis to validate electronic designs and ensure that performance meets requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software, Mechanical, and Production Engineers, to ensure the seamless integration of systems.
- Create and document technical specifications, reports, and test procedures for all designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the design, prototyping, and testing phases.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in electronics and embedded systems.
- Assist with the transfer of new technologies from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring that the designs are scalable and manufacturable.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for the development of next-generation products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in R&D or product development, ideally in an electronics-related field.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE, and PCB design software).
- Experience with rapid prototyping, testing, and debugging electronic systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety guidelines relevant to product design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
