Ons is op soek na ’n akkurate en betroubare Salarisklerk om by ’n gevestigde organisasie aan te sluit. Die ideale kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die administrasie en rekonsiliasie van salarisse oor verskeie maatskappye, asook die hantering van verskeie verwante HR- en salarisverwante take.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede

  • Administrasie en rekonsiliasie van die salarisrol vir verskeie maatskappye op Sage 300

  • Daaglikse telefoniese werksbevestiging

  • Jaarlikse Vergoedingskommissaris indienings en administrasie

  • Verwerking van weeklikse, 2-weeklikse en maandelikse Mibco Voorsorgfonds administrasie

  • Opvolg en administrasie van dokumentasie vir indiensnemings en uitdienstredes (insluitend begrafnis eise en gadeversekeringseise)

  • Maandelikse administrasie van langdiens- en aftredegeskenke

  • Hantering van elektroniese aansoeke vir belastingnommers

  • Deurlopende goedkeuring van verlof op ESS (Sage 300)

  • ESS eise-goedkeurings (reiseise, selfooneise, tolhekke, Nedfleet eise)

  • Opstel van UI19’s en salarisskedules vir elke uitdienstrede

Posvereistes

  • Graad 12 kwalifikasie

  • Ervaring en 'n kwalifikasie in Sage 300

  • Ervaring met Mibco-administrasie sal voordelig wees

  • Ervaring met die Vergoedingskommissaris prosesse sal voordelig wees

  • Basiese kennis van wetgewing soos BCEA

  • Vaardig met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Moet akkuraat en mense-georiënteerd wees, en onder hoë druk kan werk.

  • Kennis van Sanlam pensioenportaal is voordelig

Payroll Clerk

We are seeking a highly accurate and dependable Payroll Clerk to join a well-established organisation. The ideal candidate will manage payroll administration and reconciliation across multiple companies, while also handling various HR and payroll-related responsibilities.

💰 Salary : R24 000 per month
🕗 Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering and reconciling payroll across multiple companies using Sage 300

  • Daily telephonic work confirmations

  • Annual Compensation Commissioner submissions and administration

  • Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly Mibco Provident Fund administration via the Mibco Portal

  • Following up on and managing documentation for all hires and terminations (including funeral and spouse insurance claims)

  • Monthly administration of long service and retirement gifts

  • Handling online tax number applications

  • Ongoing leave approvals via ESS (Sage 300)

  • ESS claim approvals (travel, cellphone, tollgate slips, Nedfleet claims)

  • Preparing UI19 forms and payroll schedules for each termination

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification

  • Sage 300 experience and certification

  • Mibco experience is beneficial

  • Experience with Compensation Commissioner reports is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of BCEA labour legislation

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must be highly accurate, work well under pressure, and have strong interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of Sanlam pension portal is a plus
