Note: We welcome individuals new to the financial advisory field, as we provide extensive training and infrastructure to support you in building a successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients' needs and goals
  • Build and maintain a reliable client base through proactive prospecting and relationship management
  • Analyze financial data to recommend appropriate financial products and strategies
  • Offer a comprehensive range of financial services, including insurance, investments, and savings solutions
  • Build trust through ongoing client engagement, ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations for compliant and ethical practice
  • Engage in regular training and development sessions to advance your skills

Requirements:

  • Provide tailored financial advice aligned with clients' needs and goals
  • Build and maintain a reliable client base through proactive prospecting and relationship management

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (National Senior Certificate) - a tertiary qualification is beneficial, though not required
    • South African ID
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transport
    • Credit record in good standing
    • Clear criminal background
    • Tax number in good standing

    • Financial stability (Assets vs. Liabilities) – minimal debt exposure preferred

    • For experienced candidates: Relevant RE accreditation, minimum NQF5 (120 credits), and FSB-approved qualifications
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – strong preference for commission-based income structures
    • Established network or strong prospecting ability
    • Excellent analytical skills for creating effective solutions
    • Strong numeracy and data interpretation abilities
    • Ability to influence, present confidently, and engage clients meaningfully
    • Skilled in planning, organizing, and setting personal performance goals
    • Trainable and motivated for growth in a supportive environment
    • Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive industry
    • Personal drive for autonomy and success – essential for building a successful advisory practice
    • Supportive personal network (e.g., family support)
