Are you a passionate student teacher or a recent graduate in the Teaching Foundation or Intermediate Phase (Science/Tech stream)? Gain hands-on experience while inspiring young minds in STEM! We’re seeking a dynamic, patient, and creative individual to lead engaging workshops for children aged 4–10 (Grade RR to Grade 4).
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Currently studying/completed Teaching Foundation or Intermediate Phase with a focus on Science/Technology.
Skills:
Excellent rapport with children and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Patience, adaptability, and a flair for making learning fun.
Own transport (reliable) and based in/near Phoenix, Durban.
Bonus: Experience with STEM tools, coding basics, or hands-on experiments.
Your Role:
Planned and delivered interactive STEM workshops (e.g., robotics, basic coding, environmental science).
Create a safe, inclusive environment for young learners.
Collaborate on curriculum design and feedback sessions.
Assist with workshop materials and setup.
