Enterprise Development Initiative Mentors (EDI Mentor)
Mentors will be required to mentor field agents on sim card distribution and airtime sales. Duties but not limited to: 1) Mentoring a team of field agents on a day-to-day basis 2) Transporting field agents 3) Assist agents with selling and banking 4) Assist customers and field agents on queries on product 5) Recruit, Train and continuous training. Induct new field agents 6) Submit daily figures to manager 7) Administration of information of agent’s personal information for commissions payable purposes 8) Reporting 9) Assist with promotional duties
