Job Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with potential customers via phone, promote and sell products.
- Understand customer needs, provide relevant products and solutions, and address customer inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure sales opportunities are converted.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, promote repeat purchases, and foster long-term cooperation.
- Meet daily call quotas and sales targets, and regularly report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collect market information and promptly provide feedback on market trends and customer demands.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree or higher, with prior experience in telesales or a related industry preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to establish effective contact with customers via phone.
- Proactive, with a strong sales and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and possess resilience to setbacks.
- Familiarity with ICT products and industry trends is a plus.
- Strong team player, capable of working with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in office software and have a solid understanding of customer management.
- Prior experience in telesales or working in the ICT industry is preferred.
