Job Summary:
As a CHRM team member you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, performance management, staff retention, employee engagement, and sales operations of store based sales staff of an International Luxury brand for the Gauteng/KZN region. The CHRM will ensure that the sales team is well-supported, continuously developed, and motivated to achieve and exceed their targets.
Essential Criteria for consideration:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior HR management role, ideally within a sales-driven organization. Proven experience in managing talent and performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, retention strategies, and sales operations management. Expertise in handling sales performance data, coaching, and performance improvement planning.Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets (50%) Oversee and manage sales performance across the region, ensuring that regional sales targets are met. Conduct regular store audits to ensure sales operations are aligned with company standards, policies, and expectations. Collaborate with other divisions and leadership teams to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency. Talent Management (50%) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and headhunting for key sales positions. Implement and oversee staff retention strategies, addressing conduct and performance issues as needed. Maintain strong engagement with stores within the region, gathering feedback to monitor employee satisfaction and identify potential areas of concern.
