What we are looking for: Mid-senior Digital Art Director
What you will do: This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both concept development and execution, collaborating with copywriters, designers, motion teams and strategists to produce work that pushes creative boundaries while remaining effective for digital platforms. You will also play a key role in banner rollouts, ensuring that high-volume digital assets are well-designed, consistent and optimised for various platforms and formats.
What you must have:
5+ years of experience as a Digital Art Director or Senior Digital Designer in an agency or creative studio A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, including social, motion-based content, display ads and interactive assets A solid understanding of typography, composition and digital storytelling Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, banner roll-outs and web-based brand experiences Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma Strong conceptual thinking combined with a keen eye for detail, layout and motion Ability to collaborate with senior creative leadership and work within a team to elevate digital execution Bonus: Experience in UI/UX or interactive design
