THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
A Formal marketing qualification (degree or diploma) with 5+ years experience as a marketing manager and 2+ years in a services-based business. A proven ability to build a marketing engine that generates and converts leads, along with experience in brand building, inbound marketing, PR, and event marketing. Skilled in executing digital marketing strategies on LinkedIn and other platforms. Comfortable with technology, data analysis, and insights extraction from platforms like HubSpot and Google Analytics (2+ years of HubSpot experience is a plus). Experience managing multiple agencies to execute marketing strategies effectively.
