Key Responsibilities:Weave baskets and chairs using various techniques and materials, including natural fibers like rattan and wicker. Follow design specifications and innovate upon traditional weaving methods to produce unique, functional pieces. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Prepare and maintain weaving materials and tools. Collaborate with the design and production team to meet project deadlines. Requirements:
Proven experience as a basket and/or chair weaver. A strong portfolio demonstrating craftsmanship and creativity. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
