Description:
Sondor Industries a leading manufacturer and convertor of cellular foam rubber requires the services of Production/Machine operators. The successful applicant will require a thorough knowledge of safe work practices, Must be able to work shifts.
Machine are huge hydraulic /Pneumatic machine presses. Extensive heat environment. Work in a team and reliant to work in pairs. Critical to attend full shifts. Will be explained if successful.
The site, is in Parow Industria, therefore applications are welcome from all the surrounding areas.
Night shift transport is available.
Requirements:
- Machine Setup: 3 to 4 years
- Multi Skills: 4 to 5 years
- Operators: 4 to 5 years
Garde 12 or matric or Equavalent qualification Alternatively, NQF L3/4 in process manufacturing/or Production technology. Prior working knowledge and experience on various types of hydraulic /pneumatic presses,
Willingness to work .or be trained on multiple machines. Requires prior experience of shift work. Will need to pass a "fit for work"assessment.
Must be of sober habits, no drug addictions/or dependancy. Willing and able to work shifts on weekends if required.
