Develop, implement and manage the strategy for enterprise solutions. Ensure the strategy aligns with the ICT strategy and overall business strategy. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the enterprise solutions landscape. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of enterprise solutions professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Enterprise Solution Management:
Design, document and oversee the development of enterprise solutions, ensuring they meet ICT, business and technical requirements. Develop and implement transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. Develop an understanding of our existing IT infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis Ensure that applications are of high quality and meet the required standards. Identify opportunities for improvement in application development processes and technologies. Ensures the areas technological level remains up to date, defines standards, and implements new frameworks, policies, processes, procedures and techniques. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of enterprise solutions, including implementations, ongoing and resource allocation. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of applications and projects, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Vendor management:
Managing relationships with third-party vendors who provide enterprise solutions, applications, integration, development and/or consultancy services. Governance, Risk, Security and Compliance:
Ensuring that enterprise solutions comply with governances, industry standards and regulations. This includes addressing cybersecurity risks and implementing necessary safeguards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with application development projects. Ensure the security and integrity of applications, data and systems. Stakeholder Management:
Function as a key liaison between IT, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of applications and associated solutions. Skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems. Involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts. Budget and Reso
