Key Responsibilities:Drive account growth and retention through business development Maintain strong client relationships & ensure high satisfaction levels Negotiate rate increases & align pricing with industry standards Manage client accounts, monitor payments & reduce outstanding debts Provide admin support for tenders & RFQs Identify operational improvements to enhance customer service & efficiency Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics/road freight (non-negotiable) Grade 12 qualification Proficiency in MS Office Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills Excellent time management & problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
