What Youll Do
Collaborate with customers and account teams to deliver design-thinking led workshops. Translate business needs into functional prototypes, refining them through customer feedback. Develop and implement ITSM & CSM solutions (including Ivanti) with a focus on automation. Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting. Build custom reports, dashboards, and widgets to enhance system insights. Continuously optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures. Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new functionalities and integrations as they become available. Advocate for best practices in ITIL methodologies and business process automation.What Were Looking For
2+ years of experience in ITSM, CSM, Business Process Automation (BPM), or Ivanti solutions. Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for workflow automation. Excellent communication skillsable to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with IIS, SQL, MySQL, HTML, Python, Web Services, or scripting (advantageous). Additional language proficiency (advantageous).
