Description:
Financial Record-Keeping Maintain accurate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger records
Financial Reporting Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in annual budget preparation and financial analysis to support decision-making
Compliance & Audit Management Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and implement internal controls
Expense & Cash Flow Management Oversee cash flow, payments, and debtors collection to support financial stability
Leadership & Team Management Mentor and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
Technology & Systems Optimization Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 10 years of experience performing a similar function
Fintech experience is highly beneficial
Strong up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
Strong working knowledge of Xero, Google sheets and Advanced Excel
Team management experience
Qualification:
CA(SA), ACMA,CGMA, ACCA, AGA(SA) or any formal finance designation
A completed finance degree is non-negotiable
