Your Role in the Team:You'll be handling end-to-end claims processing, ensuring smooth customer experiences, identifying fraudulent claims, and staying on track with policies and regulations. From the first contact to final resolution, you'll be the go-to person ensuring our clients get the support they need.

Experience in insurance, claims handling, or customer service (advantageous!) A three-year degree (preferred, but not required) Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail Passion for helping people and delivering top-tier service? What Youll Do:
Manage claims from start to finish handling customer interactions, evidence review, and resolutions Assess and validate claims ensuring accuracy and detecting fraud Support the AU/NZ team with your knowledge of insurance and claims processes Facilitate replacements ensuring customers quickly receive what they need?
