Key responsibility
Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, workload management and resource allocation Supervise and mentor advisors to ensure excellent customer service and accurate repair estimates Oversee the work of technicians, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard Communicate with customers to provide repair updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that repairs meet manufacturer standards and customer expectation How to apply
