We are seeking a skilled or experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient operations. Oversee a team of mechanics/technicians and provide guidance and training as needed. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Schedule and allocate tasks to maximize productivity. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the team. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management. Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role. Strong technical knowledge of [mention relevant machinery, vehicles, or industry-specific equipment].
