THR Media is a dynamic digital agency specializing in web development and social media services. We help businesses grow their online presence with innovative solutions tailored to their needs. As we expand, we’re looking for driven Sales Representatives to join our team and bring in new clients. You will receive commission based compensation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and networking.
* Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present THR Media’s services.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Understand clients’ business needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Track and report sales performance and client feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or web development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in cold calling and in-person meetings.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transportation for client visits is a plus.
