- Proven experience in managing technical/software development teams.
- Strong technical background to support estimation, delivery oversight, and recruitment decisions.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in performance management or technical recruitment will be advantageous.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, including performance reviews and career development.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight to support estimation and project delivery.
- Supervise code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies.
- Act as an escalation point for team challenges.
- Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
