What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on desktop/laptop support onsite, workshop and service desk(hardware/software troubleshooting). Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. Resolve help desk and onsite support tickets promptly. Set up and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals. Perform system health checks and maintenance, updates, patches, and backups. Document processes and assist end-users with IT-related queries. Collaborate and take and instruction from senior IT staff to support network/server infrastructure.What We Need:
2-4 years’ experience in IT support. Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows OS, software, and hardware). Basic understanding of networking and configurations. Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Independent problem solver and fast learner with a passion for new tech. Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor. Your own transport/vehicle Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Desktop Support are a plus.What We Offer:
