This isn’t just any IT role—it’s a mission. As our Network Engineer, you’ll take charge of our IT infrastructure, optimize connectivity, and protect our systems like a true Avenger. You’ll be the mastermind behind Microsoft 365 administration, hardware management, and MDM security. Your tech skills will save the day when it comes to secure connectivity, patch management, and troubleshooting.
Your mission? Build a scalable IT environment, enforce security policies, and help mentor the next generation of tech heroes. You'll be the go-to tech expert, collaborating with Cybersecurity and ensuring our IT operations run smoother than Stark Industries.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Management
Mastery in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and Azure Active Directory
Proven expertise in network architecture, including firewalls and VPNs
Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and Apple Business Manager
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with IT helpdesk systems
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Passion for mentoring junior team members and building scalable solutions

Qualification:
Certifications like Microsoft Certified Administrator, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, MCSE, or CISSP
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate processes
Experience with Zero Trust security models and endpoint protection
Proven leadership in IT teams or managing outsourced environments
