Description:
Minimum requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Animation, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications or proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or Teachable.
- Proven track record as a content producer with a strong portfolio in multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in digital media software tools, content management systems, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Photoshop.
- A creative thinker with a keen attention to detail.
Technical skills:
- Video Production & Editing
- Editing, and publishing audio/video podcasts
- Familiarity with AI-driven course creation tools, such as Synthesia, ChatGPT, and Articulate,
- Ability to design and manage e-learning courses on platforms such as Moodle, Teachable, or TalentLMS,
- Ability to optimise video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Develop and produce a diverse array of digital content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, graphics, and animations, for multiple platforms such as social media, websites, and online courses.
- Plan, record, and edit podcast episodes that align with our brand's voice and objectives, utilising AI-enhanced voiceovers and sound editing tools to produce high-quality audio content.
- Transform traditional learning materials into engaging digital formats in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring adherence to educational standards.
- Employ AI tools for advanced video editing and effects to create visually appealing and impactful content.
- Innovate with AI-generated synthetic media for unique content solutions, ensuring ethical use and transparency.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms considering format, length, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), such as viewer engagement rates, e-learning module completion rates, and social media channel audience growth, and adjust strategies as necessary
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to align digital content with the broader company's goals.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
