Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement plans in collaboration with the National Buyer. Communicate daily with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and promotions. Ensure timely placement of daily orders based on growing program needs and store demand. Monitor stock levels and product quality in the distribution center (DC). Maintain appropriate levels of packaging stock and ensure stock quality. Verify invoices and goods received (GRVs) for accurate pricing and quantities. Record daily intake and track slot times for products/suppliers. Adhere to company buying and trading procedures.
