Candidate Requirements:

• Must have matric and a butler qualification
• Valid South African drivers license with a clean record and a PDP
• Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting
• The candidate must be courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and always offer personalized service
• Always well-groomed with a pleasant demeanour
• Must be willing to create memorable experiences for the guests
• Well-spoken and able to communicate on all levels
• Must be fully computer literate. Experience with OPERA will be beneficial
• Must be a team player and collaborate well with all team members and other departments
• Must perform all their duties with a sense of priority and dedication
• Strong knowledge of the local area; a guiding qualification is a bonus
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in English is required. An additional language is advantageous
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• The ability to think quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and provide solutions to meet guest needs is crucial
