An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join our clients team as a Client Relationship Manager. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build strong relationships, manage client accounts with precision, and ensure seamless communication between clients and directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact for all non-advisory client matters. Maintain in-depth knowledge of each client account and provide tailored management. Respond to client queries efficiently, providing clear timelines for resolution when necessary. Oversee case and time management to ensure prompt escalation of critical matters. Keep clients, advisers, and internal teams informed throughout all processes. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure effective issue resolution. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding client and internal information. Monitor client interactions to ensure service excellence across all touchpoints. Manage and maintain electronic client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Skills and Attributes:
Minimum of three years experience in a client support role within a wealth management firm. Strong understanding of local and offshore investments, including unit trusts, money markets, and both compulsory and non-compulsory investments. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. A driven personality with a commitment to excellence. High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills in written and spoken English. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to multi-task effectively.
