Duties:

• Take charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing critical insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Youll manage product costing and analyze margins, working closely with operations to ensure cost control and improve profitability.
• Prepare and present timely, accurate management accounts, highlighting key insights, variances, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Work hand-in-hand with departments like production and sales to provide financial guidance and optimize business performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline reporting, and improve internal controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Qualifications:
  • BCom Degree.
• Started or completed your CIMA qualification (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

Experience: At least 6-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced sector.
